Atlantic Coastal Waters from Altamaha Sound GA to Flagler Beach FL out to 60 nm. Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest 1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average highest 1/10 of the waves. Tropical Storm Chantal, located about 130 miles south southeast of Charleston South Carolina this afternoon, will track slowly northward towards the South Carolina coast into tonight. Elevated winds and seas are expected over the north half of the coastal waters the rest of today with breezy winds and rough seas at times. Winds and seas will diminish slowly tonight as the tropical storm tracks farther north and away from the local waters. The tropical storm will move inland Sunday morning and linger over the Carolinas as it weakens through Tuesday. A front will linger across Georgia as high pressure builds northward across the Florida peninsula through mid-week. GULF STREAM.
