Marine conditions will deteriorate quickly on Sunday as showers and storms move over the waters ahead of a cold front and winds and seas increase Sunday night into Monday. Advisory level conditions are expected over the waters beginning Sunday night and continuing through Tuesday. Winds and seas will improve Tuesday night and Wednesday. &&

Boaters on extended trips should routinely monitor subsequent forecast issuances and updates for the latest marine weather information. The wave heights are forecast as significant wave height which is the average of the highest one-third of the waves. The highest waves may rarely be twice the significant wave height. The winds and seas near thunderstorms may be higher than forecast.
